The tiguar alfa PRO is an innovative, modular suspension system – it consists of several components that increase its range of application and allow it to be used not only in strengthening and stretching workouts, but also in gymnastic training and aerial training. It only takes a few seconds to disconnect the individual parts of the system and replace the traditional exercise handles with gymnastic wheels, aerial accessories, trapeze or swing.
